The anchor drilling rig is a full-hydraulic gyro-type anchoring engineering rig, which is mainly suitable for the construction of foundation pits in cities, control of the displacement of buildings, and treatment of geological disasters. The structure of the drilling rig is of integral type, equipped with a crawler walking chassis and a clamping and shackle device. The crawler chassis moves quickly, and the hole position is easy to center; the clamp and shackle can automatically disassemble the drill pipe and the casing, which reduces the labor intensity of the workers and improves the construction efficiency.

1. Cover: The additional cover makes the appearance of the machine more scientific, and at the same time protects the key hydraulic parts from pollution.

2. Outrigger: Not only protects the cylinder from damage, but also enhances the support strength.

3. Operation console: Split operation console makes the operation easier and avoids misoperation.

4. Crawler: Longer and stronger crawlers can effectively prevent subsidence and adapt to a wider range of stratums.

7. Large through-hole high-pressure resistant faucet: a necessary device for expansion head construction.

8. Power head: The gyrator of the drilling rig is driven by dual hydraulic motors, and the output torque is large. The slewing center is lower than similar products, which greatly improves the balance of the drilling of the drilling rig. The configured expansion joint can greatly extend the life of the drill pipe thread.

9. Heat dissipation system: According to the customer's local special working conditions, the heat dissipation system is optimized to ensure that the maximum temperature of the hydraulic system does not exceed 70°C when the outdoor temperature is 45°C.
